THE FLYING FISH

I sat near a pond wondering how tough life can be. My eyes suddenly fell on a little fish that kept swimming back and forth again and again. Looking at the fish I began to think, how similar our life is. We are scared to do something different in life because of the fear of losing what we currently have with us, be it our job or our money or even relations. So all we do is just swim back and forth in our pond just like that fish.

Many centuries ago humans began to evolve.  From the monkey man to what we are today. We moved from the Stone Age to the modern era we are living right now. Have you ever wondered what would happen if humans had just sat there in Stone Age or way before that and did the same thing over and over again? Or what if the Wright Brothers didn’t get it right? Life would have been way different if not for all of them.

Yes, the world is moving and there are many new things coming up daily in every field. But in this fast moving world there are many who are still stuck in their own pond going back and forth daily. Stuck in the pond bordered by fear of losing what they already have gained in the pond.

We have to stop being the pond fish by growing our wings of belief within selves and courage because there is an ocean out there and it is wider than the pond.  Do more of what you are good at and move beyond expectations. Swim in the ocean that has no boundaries; fly in the skies that are infinite.
